Dear Parents,
Wow! This year has flown by so quickly. Congratulations to everyone for a great year in 4th grade. We’ve learned so much, and had a lot of fun in the process. Thank you, so much, for your support from home! I’m truly going to miss this sweet group of kidos.
I wanted to let everyone know about the activities and events of the last few days of school. We have a lot to celebrate, and reflect on a fantastic year.
Tuesday, May 21: We’ll be creating our Memory Books, cleaning out our desks and lockers, and there will be a PBIS assembly in the afternoon.
Wednesday, May 22: Yearbook Signing – If your child does not have a yearbook, he/she can use the Memory Book that we worked on in class for signing. The entire fourth grade will mingle outside and sign each other’s books.
Wednesday, May 22: AR Party – This party is for the students who have reached their AR goals for the 4th nine weeks. I’m so proud of them! I’ll be giving details about this party on Tuesday.
Thursday, May 23: Last Day of School!/ 4th Grade Celebration! – After lunch, we’ll have a BIG Party with all the 4th grade classes. This is a full day of school, but feel free to pick up your student at any time during this day. Report cards go home with the students on this day; they will not be mailed this year.
